Georg Daniel Speer (2. Juli 1636 - 5. Oktober 1709) war ein deutscher Komponist und Schriftsteller in der Barockzeit. Speer wurde in Breslau, Polen geboren und starb in Göppingen, Deutschland.
Besonders bekannt ist seine Sonata No. 29 von "Die Bänkelsängerlieder".
Arrangiert für sein Blechbläser-Quintett NOVAS Brass hat die "Sonata" Berthold Schick.
