Brilliant Beatles

In view of the large number of Beatles arrangements, it was a challenge for Peter Kleine Schaars to put the familiar melodies in a completely new guise. Now "All You Need Is Love" and "With a Little Help from My Friends" come along as swing marches; "Michelle" sounds almost like a completely newly composed ballad, while "When I'm Sixty Four" is played in Dixie Swing style. "A Hard Day's Night" was turned into a funk theme with a samba interlude, "Let It Be" into a slow march and "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" finally into a rock beat. Simply brilliant!
